Submit this request to get set up with a portal on Dr. McCarthy's system via Luminello (see FAQs below).
All patients need to have an active portal account.
After you provide the information in this request you will receive an invitation via email to supply your demographic and payment information in your portal. Your portal is not active until those details are entered.
Your patience after submitting a portal request is appreciated. The submitted information is not processed automatically, but requires a human to validate and convert it into a portal invitation.
Below you will find answers to practically any question that might arise with respect to setting up and using your portal. Dr. Elias can also help answer questions you may have, by submitting questions to
