Tiffany graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor’s in Integrative Physiology and then continued on to get a Masters in Public Health from the University of Colorado and a PhD in Nutrition from the University of Vermont. She currently lives just outside of Middlebury, Vermont with her husband and black lab.
